Profile
In order to activate your profile and be discoverable and active, you must complete your Keyholder profile first.
By default, your profile is invisible and inactive.
Discoverable means your profile is visible on the Keyholder Listings page.
Active means you are open and ready to receive keys from customers.
A keyholder can be invisible but active: when they are open for receiving keys but their profile will not appear on the Keyholder Listing page, but the link to their individual full profile will still work.
